Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Please first contact us by email at return@coverstorypaint.com and provide a brief reason for the return (this will help us improve our customer service). You will then receive a response with detailed instructions for returning the product.
The returned product must be unused, in condition fit for sale, and in its original packaging. The paint must be unopened. Return costs are non-refundable except in cases of reasonable complaint. We will refund the purchase price of the product as soon as possible after the return is received, using the payment method used in the original payment. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returns. Failure to pick up your order is not the same as a return. We will charge the cost of packages that have not been picked up.
