Shipping
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed and shipped either the same day or on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. The only exception is products for which a longer delivery time is stated.
Delivery time
Shipping time varies between locations and is estimated at 4-10 business days for all orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Painted A4 samples
Free shipping on five or more samples.
Paints and painting supplies
Free shipping for orders over €200.
Logistics companies
All orders are delivered by logistics companies Postnord or Posti.

Currently www.coverstorypaint.com ships paint to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Other countries

Customs and Fees (Norway)
The product price includes 25% Norwegian VAT. For deliveries to Norway, customs duties and import fees may still apply. We use PostNord's digital customs clearance, which reduces customs costs. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return policy
Our products have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us first by email at return@coverstorypaint.com and provide a brief reason for the return. In response, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product.
The returned product must be unused, in a condition fit for sale and in its original packaging. The paint can must be unopened. You will have to pay the return postage. We will refund the purchase price of the product as soon as possible after the return is received, using the payment method used in the original payment.
If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returns. Please note that failure to pick up your order is not the same as a return.
Unopened paint cans can be exchanged for the same size by returning your order and placing a new one. Exchanges are possible if the customer pays the shipping costs.
Contact our customer service at info@coverstorypaint.com. Please note that in plastic-free paint natural oil easily rises to the surface in the paint can. With thorough mixing the paint will regain its even consistency.
If your order includes multiple paint cans and a set of painting supplies, your order may arrive in several different shipments. However, if not all products were received after reasonable time, please contact our customer service at info@coverstorypaint.com.
