We deliver everything to your home door with free shipping.
Shipping time varies between locations and is estimated at 1–3 business days for samples and 3-7 business days for paints.
Can I return my order?
Our products have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us first by email at email@example.com and provide a brief reason for the return. In response, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product.
The returned product must be unused, in a condition fit for sale and in its original packaging. The paint can must be unopened. You will have to pay the return postage. We will refund the purchase price of the product as soon as possible after the return is received, using the payment method used in the original payment.
If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returns. Please note that failure to pick up your order is not the same as a return.
I changed my mind. Can I exchange my order?
The unopened paint cans can be exchanged for a similar sized cans in our Paint Studio. If you want to change to a different size can or cannot access our Paint Studio, you must return your order and place a new order.
Amsterdam Paint Studio is open at Haarlemmerdijk 157 on weekdays from 9-18. Returns can also be made in our Paint Studios.
What do I do if a product I received is defective or incorrect?
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that in plastic-free paint natural oil easily rises to the surface in the paint can. With thorough mixing the paint will regain its even consistency.
What do I do if all the products I ordered did not arrive in the shipment?
If your order includes multiple paint cans and a set of painting supplies, your order may arrive in several different shipments. However, if not all products were received after reasonable time, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
